Comic update

Some more comic pages comin' your way.

(I'm putting together a comic section for my official site. It'll be a basic viewer for a while, but I'm hoping to make it all Flash based in its final form.)

Gonna be posting on ConceptArt.org soon (as "47ness" of course) ☻

Something a little different for the holidays...

A little fanart for you; a crossover of The Princess and the Frog with another terrific, but sadly underrated 2-D feature from 2007, Nocturna. If you haven't seen it yet, you don't know what you're missing. [trailer]

(All 2-D work, in keeping with the films' styles; done in roughly 2 days)

Happy belated holidays everyone...! °v°

GREETINGS...!

Welcome to my art blog.

Just so you know, site-wise, I'm in a bit of a transition phase right now as I get my official website [47ness.com] up and running.

Seeing as you're already here, please enjoy a sampling of my work. :)

P.s. and(!) don't forget, my graphic novel can be viewed here.

chapter 5 preview

Chapter 5 of SSnPP is coming along. I've been talking to some publishers via email and in-person lately and they like my art, but the consensus is I need to refine my use of SFX and dialog balloons to give it that "professional" touch. (Thank goodness for layers...!)

So, for future chapters, expect a different look in terms of the graphics (I'll also be retrofitting all the previous chapters when I get the chance). ☺

Dead Bot's Gulch

Concept landscape for the world of Sally & Pete.

I've been sitting on a mountain of grayscale work this whole year; decided some of them would be good for color/mood studies.

More colored work soon...!
